Shivjagruti Film Society

In addition to the traditional education in the college, the students should get a variety of education for the moral and social development of the students and the students always like to watch movies.  Shivjagruti Film Society was established on 2nd January 2017 in the college with the idea of ​​ the Principal. the film society is affiliated to federation of film societies of India in the year of 2017.

Objectives:-

1. Show a film  to students and ask them to write a review . It is to make them write.
2. To make students watch movies and talk about them , to create courage in them.
3. To awaken the acting skills in the students, to motivate them for it.
4. To inculcate moral and social values ​​in the children.
5. To act as a supplementary material by showing historical, social and political films  to the students,related to the curriculum. 
6. The main objective of film society is to cultivate the taste for good cinema.

Rules and Regulations

1. Membership  is open to all the students/staff members.
2. Executive President will appoint a team of student members with Secretary for running of the film society.
3. Lectures on film appreciation course will be organized as a part of objective of continuing education.
4. The membership fee for academic year will be Rs.30 per member (or suitable amount) payable at the time of enrollment. Member will have to fill up form.
5. Efforts will be made to get grant from College University for the special activities like lectures seminars buying of DVD’s etc.
